Gujarat Titans (GT) skipper Shubman Gill achieved a massive feat in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The batter became the youngest to score 3000 runs in the history of the league, surpassing the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina.

Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill achieved the feat in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 game against Rajasthan Royals (RR). The 24th game of the 17th edition of the league between the teams is underway at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. 

Shubman Gill achieved 3000 runs in IPL at the age of 24 years and 215 days. He overtook Virat Kohli, who has crossed the 3000-run mark at 26 years. Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson, Suresh Raina, and Rohit Sharma also feature in the list of youngest at the time of 3000 IPL runs.

KL Rahul is second as he achieved the feat in his 80th innings. Jos Buttler scored 3000 runs in 85 innings. Shubman Gill overtook David Warner and Faf du Plessis, who achieved the feat in their 94th innings in the Indian Premier League.
